Change is in the air in Libya. Mummar Gaddafi’s days as Libya’s ruler appear to be coming to an end. Citizens for Global Solutions calls upon the National Transitional Council in Libya to hand over Gadaffi’s son, Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi, to the International Criminal Court to stand trial for crimes against humanity and urges the Council to invite U.N. peacekeepers to monitor the transition of power in Libya.
