Now let me get this straight…
Ahmed Haroun, a Sudanese war criminal that’s wanted by the International Criminal Court for allegedly inciting Janjawid militias to kill tens of thousands of civilians in Darfur, is now leading an investigation into the province’s human rights abuses?
