From Support to Governance: Global Anti-Corruption Pathways

Citizens for Global Solutions (CGS) and Integrity Initiatives International (III) co-hosted this side event at the Conference of States Parties to the International Anti-Corruption Convention (CoSP) on December 11, 2023. The panel explored how lessons learned from international cooperation on investigative and prosecutorial strategies could be applied to establish a standing, specialized International Anti-Corruption Court.
Event Description
Cooperation among states on strategies to combat corruption has advanced significantly in recent years. This side event brought together judges, lawyers, legislators, and policy experts to consider how these gains might translate into permanent global judicial infrastructure. Panelists examined the case for an International Anti-Corruption Court and discussed pathways to making it a reality.
