World Citizen Clubs
World Citizens Clubs aim to foster engagement among students with CGS, with a view to cultivating the next generation of CGS members and leaders. To do this, World Citizens Clubs seek to offer university students an accessible on-ramp to CGS’s mission (democratic world federation) through the concept of “world citizenship”.
Clubs are supported to (1) organize inclusive activities on-campus and in their local community that seek to promote world citizenship and contribute to building worldwide community, (2) engage in global advocacy campaigns aligned with CGS’s mission, and (3) collaborate to deliver annual capstone events, such as world culture nights, on-campus advocacy events, and an annual visit to a UN conference in New York.
