Funding International Organizations

6. The United States has, since 1994, maintained a policy of "zero nominal growth" for the budgets of international organizations (IO's) like the United Nations. This has resulted in an actual decrease in their resources over the last decade. Will you support ending this policy and support setting the budget levels of IO's that practice sound fiscal management at a level sufficient for each organization to fulfillits mission?
