History has taught us that justice for the worst crimes can be achieved through the promotion of international law and institutions like the UN and the Int'l Criminal Court.

The ICC is the only permanent international court competent to prosecute genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.  U.S. involvement is critical to its success.

This convention outlines a set of rules for common use of the world's oceans. U.S. ratification would benefit our environment, our businesses and even our military.
